What's your style?

I recently realized that I have no style. At all. I mean sure I know what I like and what I don't like but when it comes to myself & my apartment it has no style. At all.

I wear the same stuff all the time. Jeans, shirt + hair with a side part. The end.

My apartment looks like it was decorated by a 12 year old. Okay maybe not, but it doesn't look how I want it to look, but should I really be worried about decorating when I still live like I'm 16 years old.

Seriously you'd think that by the age of almost 26 I'd have some sort of organization and live in a neat tiny apartment. Wrong. I never fold my clothes up. I wash my clothes, get them out of the dryer and then dump on the bed in the guest bedroom. I get home from work and the last thing I want to do is fold my clothes.

At least I can keep the kitchen clean. Mostly.

I have been blog jumping around some style blogs and I am in awe. So many beautiful apartments and so many beautiful people. *sigh*

I think its time to for me to make a promise to the New Years Resolution fairy.*

"I, Leila, vow to start living like a big girl. I will keep my apartment clean & tidy at all times most of the time and I will start dressing like a twenty-something woman. I will develop my own sense of style (whatever is clean doesn't count as a style) and become confident in my own skin"

*there is no such thing as the New Years Resolution fairy. I made that up.
